Select one of the following options:

Purchase up to two new immovable residential properties with a combined market value of at least EUR 300,000 plus VAT, with the flexibility to acquire from two different developers.
Invest in up to two new or used immovable non-residential properties, such as offices, shops, hotels, or other developments, with a total market value of at least EUR 300,000 plus VAT.
Invest EUR 300,000 in the share capital of a physical company registered and operating in Cyprus, which employs a minimum of five individuals.
Invest EUR 300,000 in units of the Cyprus Investment Funds Association’s collective investments (AIF, AIFLNP, RAIF).
Provide supporting evidence of a guaranteed annual income of at least EUR 50,000 from sources abroad (an additional EUR 15,000 is necessary for each dependent spouse and EUR 10,000 for each minor child).

Furthermore, applicants must fulfill the subsequent criteria:

Submit clear criminal record certificates from both their country of origin and country of residence every three years (this also applies to all adult dependents).

Furnish an official declaration confirming non-employment (this is not applicable to applicants who serve as directors of a company they have invested in).

Applications for Cypriot residence should include completed application forms, accompanied by the requisite fees and supporting documentation. Successful candidates must annually demonstrate the maintenance of their investment and provide proof of health insurance if they are no longer covered by the General Healthcare System. Income derived from abroad may encompass employment salaries, rent, pensions, interest from deposits, and dividends from shares.
